The Link Daffodil Property with be open to the public every weekend in April from 10AM-4PM. The Observatory will be open to the public the second and third weekends in April. The only place you are allowed to park is inside the Observatory gates. There will be Master Gardener docents on site most of those open times. | ||

Another daffodil destination to see just north of Bloomington on 1-69 is Oliver Winery. Their gardens are stunning, beginning early spring through late fall. | ||

The Libby Frey property is a daffodil viewing location in the southeast quadrant of Bloomington; this is where IDS grows many of the daffodils sold at our sales. The easiest way to find this property is to approach 2625 S Smith Road from the north and keep driving around a 90-degree turn. You are then on E Rogers Road and (almost immediately) turn into the 3646 E Rogers Road driveway. Pass the McDevitt's house (Tuscan orange color) on the left and jog slightly into the grassy field. Park there and walk straight ahead to Libby"s first daffodil field. There is a portion of the fence down, which makes walking into the field easy. | ||

Ticks are out. Spraying shoes, and clothing with repellent and tucking long pants into socks is recommended. Wear sturdy shoes and consider wearing light colored clothing which makes ticks easier to see. | ||
